Eagle Sponsor - $1500

Qualifies for eight golfers, recognition on foundation website, recognition at the course and at next year’s tournament.

Prize Sponsor - $1200 (Only 1 Available)

Qualifies for four golfers, recognition on foundation website, recognition at the course and at next year’s tournament. Also includes (3 each) Mulligan’s and raffle tickets, +1 Give-A-Putt.

Birdie Sponsor - $1000

Qualifies for four golfers, recognition on foundation website, recognition at the course and at next year’s tournament

Par Sponsor - $500

Qualifies for two golfers. Recognition at course and at next year’s tournament

Hole In One Sponsor - $500 (Only 1 Available)

Qualifies for two golfers. Recognition with signage on golf course and at next year’s tournament

Hole Sponsor – $250 Per Hole

Qualifies for one golfer. Recognition with signage on golf course and at next year’s tournament.

Foursome - $600

Qualifies for participation in course contests, and opportunity for prizes and raffles. Complimentary breakfast burritos available before golf, and choice of fresh grilled RB Burger or Turkey, bacon sandwich for lunch.

Beverages available in the clubhouse, and on the course. Sleeve of balls included. If playing as a foursome, each player can register and make payment individually.

If signing up as a foursome, payment must be made for all for players. Please indicate whom you would like to be paired with, whether signing up individually or as a foursome.

Other Contest Options

Give -A-Putt – $25 (Only 1/Player and 4/Foursome Max)

Give-A- Putt allows player to take a score of one putt from up to 20 feet from the hole.

50/50 Drawing – $20

Drawing will be held Friday, October 2. Winner will be notified by email that day.

A check for 50% of the drawing proceeds will be mailed to the winner, unless they elect to direct their share back to the foundation. Players can purchase as many chances as they desire.

Mulligans – $10 (Only 3/Player and 12/Foursome Max)

A Mulligan is defined as a single shot, from a single player.

Mulligans will be automatically subtracted from players score by the official course scorekeeper, based on the number purchased. Tickets are not required.

Raffle Prizes – $5 (10 Prizes Available)

Raffle drawing will be held Friday, October 2.

Winners will be sent an email that day. They may pick up their prize at the registration table. The winners name will be listed on the table next to their prize. Players can purchase as many chances as they desire.

Check

Payment for all sponsors, players, and other contest options must be made online to the foundation website or by check, prior to Saturday, October 3.

There will be no registration or way to make payment on the day of the event at the course, in order to enhance player safety.
